Usage

See what your company is billed for, including assistant messages, flow runs, node calls, AI requests and tokens.

Usage shows the activity your company is billed for. It counts only traffic from your customers. Work your team does in the console, such as testing, is not included.

What you see

  • Period in the top left: the dates the numbers cover, and the note "customer traffic only".
  • Range picker in the top right: Week, Month or Year. The default is Week.
  • Five numbers across the top:
    • Assistant messages: replies the assistant sent to a customer.
    • Flow runs: the total, split into smart and regular runs.
    • Node calls: steps run inside flows, with how many were AI steps.
    • AI requests: model calls that reached an AI provider.
    • Tokens: the total, split into input and output tokens.
  • Flow runs chart: smart and regular runs over time, with the share of smart runs.
  • Assistant messages chart: replies over time.
  • Token usage chart: input and output tokens over time.
  • A table with the same numbers per day, or per month for Year. Columns: Day or Month, Messages, Smart, Regular, Nodes, AI requests, Tokens in and Tokens out.

How to check usage for a period

  1. Pick Week, Month or Year in the range picker.
  2. Read the totals in the five numbers at the top.
  3. Use the charts to spot changes over time.
  4. Use the table to match the numbers against an invoice. The newest day or month is at the top.

Smart and regular flow runs

A flow run is smart when an AI step actually ran in it. If a flow has an AI step on a branch that the run never took, the run counts as regular.

Good to know

  • Week and Month show one bar per day. Year shows one bar per month.
  • The table only lists days or months that had some usage.
  • Usage is counted as it happens. Once the assistant serves a customer, it shows up here the same day.
  • If there is no usage in the selected range, the page says "Nothing billed in this range".
