Getting started
Sign in to the console, find your way around, and switch between organizations and companies.
The console is where your team sets up and runs your company's AI assistant. This page covers signing in, the layout of the console, and how to move between the organizations and companies you have access to.
Signing in
There is no self-serve sign-up. Our team creates your account and sends you an invitation.
- Open the invitation link from your email and finish creating your account.
- After that, go to your console address and sign in on the Sign in page.
If you open the sign-up page without an invitation, you are sent to the sign-in page.
Console addresses
The console runs in two regions. Use the one your organization belongs to:
- Europe:
console.eu.channelized.ai - United States:
console.us.channelized.ai
Each regional console only serves its own organizations. If you open the wrong one, the console sends you to the right region's address. If it can't, you see a page titled Another region that tells you which region serves your organization.
If the Another region page says your organization has not been assigned a region yet, ask our team to finish setting it up.
The Another region page also has an organization switcher, so you can pick a different organization from there.
What you see
- Sidebar on the left. It lists the console pages in four groups: Analyze, Configure, Orchestrate and Test. The logo at the top takes you back to your last company.
- Header at the top. On the left is a breadcrumb (organization, company, group, page), the page title and a one-line description. On the right is the account menu.
- Account menu. Click your name to open it. It shows your name and email, an Organization section, a Tenant section (your companies), Manage account and Sign out.
The sidebar only shows pages that apply to the current company. For example, Catalog search and Offers appear only for companies with the commerce capability.
Organizations and companies
An organization is your team's account. It holds one or more companies. Each company has its own assistant, settings and data. In the console menus, a company is listed under Tenant.
When you sign in, the console opens the company you last used in your active organization. If there is none, it opens the organization's first company.
How to switch organizations
- Click your name in the top right to open the account menu.
- Under Organization, click the current organization name to show the list.
- Click the organization you want. If the list is long, type in the search box to filter it.
The console reloads and opens the company you last used in that organization, or its first company. If you belong to many organizations, click Show more organizations to load the rest.
How to switch companies
- Open the account menu.
- Under Tenant, click the current company name to show the list. Each entry shows the company name and its key.
- Click the company you want.
You stay on the same page if the other company has it. If it doesn't (for example, Catalog search on a company without commerce), you land on that company's Overview. Open filters or selected items from the old company are not carried over.
How to manage your account or sign out
- Open the account menu.
- Click Manage account to change your email, password or photo.
- Click Sign out to end your session. You return to the sign-in page.
Good to know
- If someone sends you a link to a company in another organization you belong to, the console switches you to that organization first. You briefly see "Switching to" and the organization name.
- If you open a link to a company in an organization you don't belong to, you get a "not found" page.
- If your organization has no companies yet, the console shows a welcome page with a form to create one: Company name, Key (lowercase letters, digits and dashes, used in the console address), and a Starting template. Click Create tenant to create it.
- Lists in the account menu with six or more entries get a search box.
