Set the promotion banner and the personal-offer bundle your assistant shows on product listings.
The Offers page controls two things: a promotion banner on product listings, and the bundle the assistant puts together as a personal offer. This page appears only if your company sells through the assistant.
What you see
- Promotion banner. An On switch, plus Headline, Body, Button label (optional) and Product id (optional).
- Personal-offer bundle. Four numbers: Extra discount (%), Look through this many search results, Fewest items in a bundle and Most items in a bundle.
- The save bar at the bottom, with the live version, any draft version and unsaved changes.
How to set up the promotion banner
- Switch On in the Promotion banner box.
- Write a Headline and a Body.
- Optionally add a Button label.
- Optionally enter a Product id to show a product with the banner.
- Click Publish to make it live, or Save draft to keep it for later.
The banner appears on product listings through the banner Promo step in your flows. It shows only when the flow shows no other deal.
How to tune the personal-offer bundle
The personal-offer check puts together complementary items at an extra discount. It looks at the item the customer asked about.
- Set Extra discount (%). This comes on top of each item's current price.
- Set Look through this many search results. This is how many results the check looks through.
- Set Fewest items in a bundle. With fewer items than this, there is no offer.
- Set Most items in a bundle.
- Click Publish.
How to undo changes
- Click Discard draft to throw away a saved draft. This button appears only when a draft exists.
- Save draft is active only when you have unsaved changes.

The form enforces these limits:

- Numbers outside a range are moved to the nearest allowed value when you save or publish.
- If Most items is lower than Fewest items, it is raised to match.
- If you never change the bundle, it uses these defaults: 20% extra discount, 6 search results, 2 to 3 items.
- The banner text fields follow the writing direction of what you type, so right-to-left languages work.
